To help children to learn to love God and each other, to grow into caring, responsible citizens, and to become the best people they can be.

Emilie Christian Day opened in August, 1958 offering a Christian preschool program to the growing community of Levittown. It began with three classes in the basement of the original Emilie church building. Upon completion of the new church education building in 1994, the school moved to its present location. Currently there are over 220 children enrolled. The school is conducted by the Emilie United Methodist Church on a non-profit, but self-sustaining basis, for the benefit of children in Levittown and the surrounding areas.
It is a non-sectarian, but Christian school.

Our qualified, experienced staff are fully committed to the philosophy and goals of the Christian Day School. Each staff member strives to provide an outstanding program to meet the needs of our families. The teachers and assistants are aware of the many opportunities for religious interpretations of the children's day- to-day experiences.
